Processing FAQ

Bend radius and die marks?

Standard inside radius = 1× thickness unless your drawing says otherwise. Slight die marks on the outer face are normal and can be positioned inside on request.

Minimum bend flange width?

Roughly 3× thickness + radius. Tighter flanges need special tooling — send the drawing and we will confirm feasibility before quoting.
